My name is John DeAntoni.I came across your website and watched your video which I enjoyed.I was impressed with your business mannerism .I am a 55 year old unemployed service writer .I have taken a course on finding notes and finding buyer’s for the notes.Do you have any advice for finding Investors with notes to sell?I am a christian and like win/win scenario.That is what led me to the note business.I believe if done with honesty and good values ,all can benefit.Keep up the good work.

Im a 30yr old guy that loves the real estate.. I live on the Caribbean and theres no hard money lenders where im at.. So you know that in this economy its hard to get a loan from a bank!!
That said I have almost 50k right now and I think i could have 30k more by end of this year.. Do you have any suggestions?? What scenario can i look to start the private lending?? or do you suggest to find one first deal?? Im only 30yrs old and want your suggestions or advice if you where in my place! Great question huh! Thinking like you at my age jeje.. But i Think you are a great investor and any advice from you could mean the world to me!!
I love looking on investment properties and finding deals but frankly i dont have the money for the downpayment.. yes i have a credit score of 870 but thats not enough..
