My 12 year old son, Nicolas, was 1 year old when I last held a corporate job.  For the past 11 years I have lived and prospered solely from my real estate investments.  Words cannot adequately describe the blessing it is to have the freedom to be with my family and choose how to spend each day. 

 

Is freedom and quality-of-life something that interests you? 

If so, I am willing to share my systems with you. 

 

However, I must be honest with you and share that I value my time and you should as well.  Therefore, with only 24 hours in a day, I simply do not work with everybody that contacts me as that would impact the balance in my life that I strive to maintain.  Secondly, I simply do not enjoy helping wealthy individuals who just want to make more money for the sake of having more material wealth. 

 If I am going to share my experiences and wisdom with someone, I want it to be individuals who have a purpose that I can align with. 

 

Your purpose for learning to invest in real estate may possibly be:

• Having more time with loved ones.
• Having the freedom (time and financial) to pursue a more rewarding passion than what your current job offers.
• Having additional income to take care of your aging parents or loved ones.
• Rebuilding your retirement account to recoup painful stock market losses.
• Having peace-of-mind knowing that your passive income can offset the impact of an unexpected job loss (which is typically a blessing in disguise!).
• Having additional income to pursue philanthropic interests (impact your community, churches, third world countries, create scholarships, etc.).

 

I have learned that it is easy to have what you want in life. 

What’s difficult is  KNOWING what it is that you want… and why. 

 

I challenge you to get clear about what it is that you are after.  Once you know what you want to achieve through real estate investing then share it with me.
